Me first, Marriage Later

Some friends of mine have had circular or square internal and external debates about their relationships status. It bugs many that they are single at 'this age.' What is this very special age? That which society has stipulated to be the age at which we are all supposed to be older, wiser, more mature. stable and steady to be locked into a healthy serious relationship, body leaned forward, ready to make that dive into marriage.

Oh lord no! We are single!

Action: Let us go forth and find someone. Jump into a relationship and hope and force and push and shove. May it lead to marriage.
Result: Falls apart/Bores you/Makes you realise that you aren't ready for 'this' 'this age' stuff.
What happened to taking time off to be with yourself. To get acquainted with yourself. How can you live life any longer without knowing you best and true partner, you. Strengths, weaknesses, pet peeves etc. What about the freedom?

My question is: Will society be there, has society been there every single time we went through a break up or if we have to endure a divorce.
The answer is obvious.

My soulfriend Lou said to me. Pree you are just becoming the person you are meant to be first.
