
You are what you think and what you believe. One of the many ways of changing your thinking patterns and then the quality of life is through the use of affirmations. To date this is the best list of affirmations I have ever found. It maybe long but it sure covers most crucial aspects. Affirmations are best read before sleeping and when we just wake up. You may decide to add your own affirmations to this list or pick up the most relevant to you.
